Seat pricing example:

The Team plan starts at $10/month which includes 5 seats. Each additional seat beyond the first 5 costs $4/month. For example, a team of 10 would pay $10 (base) + $20 (5 extra seats × $4) = $30/month.

Annual billing: Save 17% when you choose annual billing (2 months free).

Upgrading your plan

Upgrade to unlock more features and capabilities:

  1. 1Go to Settings > Billing > Subscription.
  2. 2Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. 3Select the plan that fits your needs.
  4. 4Choose monthly or annual billing.
  5. 5Enter your payment details and confirm.

Upgrade billing explained:

  • Prorated charges: When upgrading mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining days.
  • Immediate access: New features are available immediately after upgrade.
  • Billing cycle: Your billing date remains the same.

Adding/removing seats

The Team plan includes 5 seats. Need more? Each additional seat is $4/month. Here is how to manage your seats:

Adding seats

  1. 1. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Manage Seats
  2. 2. Use the slider or input to select your team size (5-100 seats)
  3. 3. Review the updated monthly cost
  4. 4. Confirm to add the seats (prorated for current billing period)

Removing seats

  1. 1. First, remove team members until you have empty seats
  2. 2. Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Seats
  3. 3. Reduce the seat count (minimum 5 seats)
  4. 4. The change takes effect at the next billing cycle

Note: You cannot remove seats below your current active member count. The minimum is 5 seats on the Team plan.

Viewing invoices

Access your billing history and download invoices:

  1. 1Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices.
  2. 2View your complete billing history with dates and amounts.
  3. 3Click any invoice to view details.
  4. 4Download as PDF for your records or expense reports.

Invoice information includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan and billing period
  • Number of seats (for team plans)
  • Payment method used
  • Tax information (if applicable)

Canceling subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, here is what you need to know:

Before you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of the billing period
  • After cancellation, your account downgrades to Free tier
  • Credentials exceeding Free tier limits become read-only
  • Team features and shared folders are disabled
  1. 1Go to Settings > Billing > Subscription.
  2. 2Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. 3Select a reason for cancellation (helps us improve).
  4. 4Confirm by entering your password.
  5. 5Click Confirm Cancellation.

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription anytime before the billing period ends. Just go to Billing and click Reactivate.
