By accessing or using Leet Service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Leet Service provides a secure password management platform that allows users to:

• Store and manage passwords and sensitive credentials securely
• Generate strong, unique passwords
• Share credentials securely with team members
• Access credentials across multiple devices
• Monitor password health and security
• Organize credentials with projects and tags

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not use another person's account without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not store or transmit any content that violates applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Not use the Service to store credentials for illegal activities
• Maintain the security of your master password

5. Master Password

Your master password is used to encrypt your data. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not store your master password in any form
• We cannot recover your data if you forget your master password
• You are solely responsible for remembering your master password
• You should keep a secure backup of your master password
• Loss of your master password may result in permanent loss of access to your data

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features and limitations vary by plan.

6.2 Billing

For paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Leet Service. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• AES-256 encryption for all stored credentials
• TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEET SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leet Service, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You may export your data before termination
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
