Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, helpful documentation and guides for our users. You will work closely with product and engineering to ensure our documentation is accurate and user-friendly.

• Write and maintain user documentation and help articles
• Create onboarding guides and tutorials
• Document APIs and developer resources
• Collaborate with product on in-app copy and tooltips
• Conduct content audits and improve existing documentation
• Develop documentation style guide and templates

• 3+ years of technical writing experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
• Experience with documentation tools (GitBook, Notion, etc.)
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple projects

• Experience with security or developer tools documentation
• Background in software development
• Experience with video tutorials or screencasts
• Familiarity with SEO best practices
