About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our enterprise customers get the most value from Leet Service. You will be the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.

What You Will Do

  • Onboard new enterprise customers and ensure successful adoption
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth
  • Advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams
  • Create success plans and conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Develop best practices and customer success playbooks

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Experience working with enterprise B2B SaaS products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply
  • Track record of driving customer retention and expansion
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools

  • Experience with security or IT products
  • Technical background or certifications
  • Experience building customer success programs from scratch
  • Multilingual abilities
