About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our enterprise customers get the most value from Leet Service. You will be the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
What You Will Do
- Onboard new enterprise customers and ensure successful adoption
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth
- Advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams
- Create success plans and conduct quarterly business reviews
- Develop best practices and customer success playbooks
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience working with enterprise B2B SaaS products
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply
- Track record of driving customer retention and expansion
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools

- Experience with security or IT products
- Technical background or certifications
- Experience building customer success programs from scratch
